My credit card keeps getting rejected during the ordering process. What’s wrong?

Do not add dashes or spaces between the numbers. If this is not the problem then you try to use one of the card issuers, we can`t accept.
We accept credit cards from the following issuers: Master Card, American Express and Visa.

Pease note, due to the large range of products we offer, Shipping charges will be quoted for each order. Your Credit card will not be billed until we receive confirmation from you.
 

I don't want to use your checkout process. Can I pay in a different way?

Yes! To order by fax, phone or mail we suggest you add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. As you finish your purchase, click on the order button in the cart.

You'll be directed to our checkout process page, where you'll find a link to print out your purchase, to order it by one of the following methods (more below)

Can I order by phone?

Yes! To order by phone, please have the above mentioned list before your eyes and call 00682 22009 and one of our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.
 

Can I order by fax?

Yes! To order by fax, please print out the above mentioned list, fill in your details/address and optional delivery address and fax it to 00682 22031.

Please include any contact details as phone/fax number, email address, as we'll come back to you to confirm the shipping costs, before starting the delivery.
 

Can I order by mail?

Yes! Please print out the above mentioned list and mail to Island Craft Ltd, P.O. Box 28, Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

Please include a bankers cheque, money order, or credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, card number and expiration date) on your order.

Please allow up 10 days to receive your order.
 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the world.
 

How do you ship orders?

We use DHL or FedEx couriers or regular post for delivery of all orders. We will ask you your preferred method of delivery
 

Can I track my Order?

Yes, you can track your shipment through the DHL website or via a tracking number. Your Consignment note number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
 

Do I have to pay GST?

A 12.5% Goods and Services tax is payable on all items shipped within Cook Islands. The prices shown do not include this tax. Tax, If applicable, is added to your order on checkout. International orders do not incur taxes.
 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 11am, Monday through Friday will be shipped within 24 hours if the goods are in stock. Please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery.
 

I ordered or received the wrong item, what do I do now?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by e-mail immediately. Do not return the item to us without getting prior authorization first
 

What is Island Craft’s guarantee?

For defects we will gladly replace the product or give you a credit, whichever you prefer.
