Yes we can send overseas. Due to different weight, keys and plaques will get weighed and quoted by the post office and the quote passed on to you, to be included in the final payment.
Once your order has been confirmed it takes our carvers approximately 5 days to complete your order.
We start once a 50% deposit has been paid so that time and resources are allocated to your carving.
We use a range of different wood such as Teak, Rain tree, Tamanu and other semi-hard woods. Our most popular wood is Mahogony and will use this as a default.
Yes – all our wood is treated, and you can ask us for a certificate to take with you overseas to say that it has been purchased at Island Craft and wood has been treated. However, we recommend you check with your local customs office for clarification.
Ideally the more the better but usually can be done in a week or if rushed we can do it in a couple of days.
Yes of course – as long as full payment has been received.
21st key vary in price depending on the size and design. Please contact us on email to request our latest 21st key catalogue.
We sure can. The item will be bubble wrapped and sent straight away with a tracking number. Pls note that extra time has to be allowed for freight – 10 -15 days to be on the safe side.

Yes, our online payment options are safe. We use the ANZ egate payment system so you go through a secure payment system, also we have been using this system for several years now.
When purchasing online use our credit card option for safe and easy payments.
But we also have bank accounts in NZ and Cook Islands that payments can be made to.
We certainly do. Postage options are on our website however for bigger items such 21st keys, these will be quoted for you.
